YTJT-G8 is new generation based on YTJT-G6,it mainly increases the grain output function of the side outlet of the pycnometer, improves the sorting ability of the finished products, and is suitable for the processing of grain crops with relatively good product quality and low impurity content, such as wheat, corn seeds and commercial grain, etc., with obvious yield advantage.

Working Principle:
According to the principle of specific gravity segregation of materials under the double action of aerodynamic force and vibration friction force, through adjusting the technical parameters such as wind pressure and amplitude, the material with larger specific gravity will sink to the bottom and move from low to high against the screen surface; the material with smaller specific gravity will float from high to low on the surface, so as to achieve the purpose of specific gravity separation. Effectively remove the impurities with light specific gravity such as the chaff seeds, bud seeds, moth eaten grains, moldy grains and black powder diseased grains in the materials; increase the side grain output function of the finished products and increase the output; at the same time, a stone removal angle is set on the top of the vibration table of the specific gravity separator, which can separate the stones in the materials.
