This testing machine is adaptive to domestic advanced technology, professionally designed data acquisition and amplification liquid crystal display system and microcomputer data processing system. Widely used in aerospace, metallurgy, petrochemical, machinery manufacturing and other industries, the maximum test force value, breaking force value, yield strength, upper and lower yield strength, tensile strength can be automatically obtained according to GB, JIS, ASTM, DIN, ISO and other standards Test data such as strength, compressive strength, elongation at break, tensile modulus of elasticity, flexural modulus of elasticity; also suitable for teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities.

Feature

• Monitor: Engine is adaptive to the oil cylinder under-mounted main engine, the stretching space is located above the main engine, and the compression and bending test space is located between the lower crossbeam above the main engine and the workbench.
• Transmission system: The lower jaw base is lifted and lowered by a motor through a reducer, a chain drive mechanism, and a screw pair drive, to achieve adjustment of stretching and compression space, and the clamping method is hydraulic clamping.
• Hydraulic system:The hydraulic principle is a load-adapted oil-inflow throttle speed control system, and a manual valve controls the test process.The hydraulic oil in the oil tank drives the high-pressure gear pump into the oil passage through the motor, flows through the check valve, 10μ high-pressure oil filter, differential pressure valve group, oil delivery valve, and enters the oil cylinder. By manually controlling the opening size of the oil delivery valve, the flow into the cylinder is controlled to meet the loading requirements. After the test is completed, open the oil return valve to unload and return the cylinder.
