BRIEF INTRUCTION

Automatic Folder Gluer, one of post-printing equipment, is designed to connect a normal slotted cardboard and then to form a box.

The standard model of Automatic Folder Gluer includes SP-AFG2000/2600A, also size 1600x2600mm can be custom-made.

• Feeding Unit

Feeding with Belt and vacuum absorb.

Side baffles are motorized. Front gate is manual.

Sheet transfer with rubber pull rolls.

Gap of feeding rollers are manual.

• Up Fold & Glue head

Sheet transfer with leather belts.

Rolling wheel to glue the sheet.

Equip with creasing wheels for helping up-fold issue.

Position of glue head, Left/right arm are motorized. And tightness of belts are manual.

• Storage & Squarer

Sheet transfer with belts which can lessen the” Fish Tail” issue.

Dual blower motor used to avoid the carton skipping out.

There are temporary storage for improving the speed, and squarer for making box gluing well.

The ramp have a suction motor below in order to transfer the sheet smoothly.

• Counter Ejector

Sheet transfer with belts.

Order setting in the touch screen.

Match with auto strapping machine is available.
