Bayonet Air Water Furnace Heating Element For Industrial Appliance

Product Description

Bayonet heating element is constructed using several refractory ceramic blocks assembled together to the required length. The Nichrome wire heating element is inserted into the ceramic blocks, with a terminal block at one end.

This heating element assembly is then inserted into a pre-assembled special protection tube, when used in liquid immersion and gas application. However, bayonet heating element can also be used in direct air-heating application without the protection tube.

Specification

All heating element are custom-made, and the power ratings are according to the length of the bayonet heaters shown in the table below .

Both Ø29mm and Ø32mm heater will fit into a 1 ½ inch (Ø38mm) metal protection sheath.

The Ø45mm ceramic bobbin will fit into a 2 inch (Ø51.8mm) metal protection sheath.

Features

Offers a large area to heat liquids or semi-solid materials like wax, fats, oil and bitumen.

Suitable for indirect heating of gases and liquids, where it is inserted into a pocket or protection tube in the process tank, wherein, it can be repaired or replaced without draining the process tank.
