PLC Controlled Cable Double-side Cutting, Stripping, Twisting and Tinning Machine
This cable clipping, stripping, twisting, and tinning system can handle single wire cutting, single end stripping, twisting, and tinning, and double ends stripping, twisting, and tinning processes. AWG#14-AWG#34 wire range (other size can be customized).
Two wire feeders are installed in the machine's front section. As the computer processes ten wires at once, the length of the wire can be regulated more consistently.
For the back stripping PLC control system, the rear component uses a cylinder brake mechanism, which allows for simple operation, precise positioning, high precision, and long service life.
