Production Process

Before galvanization, we will check the pole quality during the fabrication process from cutting raw plate, bending/forming,
automatic welding to drilling holes. Then after hot dip galvanization, we will check the diameters, galvanization thickness and do the load test according to clients' different requirements and then deliver the poles on time based on the contract

Product Equipments

Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shearing machine, shearing machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All the purpose is to produce steel poles with high quality.

Testing Plant

When the raw material arrives at the warehouse ,the quality department must take testing to make sure the raw material have meet all the standard that the needed before production.
