All customers purchasing our products must ensure they are not used for military purposes and must not violate national laws or relevant prohibitions. Radio communication equipment specifically designed for certain unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) or unmanned airships with a transmission range exceeding 50km beyond the visual line of sight (LOS) or multi-drone control capabilities requires a license for provision. 1.Buyer confirm the goods/articles will not be used for any purpose connected with the Military, Boarder Patrol, Coast Guard, Intelligence, or any other Government Entity/End-user;

2. The goods/articles will not be used for any purpose connected with military, satellite, biological or nuclear weapons, or missiles capable of delivering such weapons unless the proper Chinese. Government authorization is obtained in advance in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR);

货物/物品不得用于任何与军事、卫星、生物武器或核武器或能够运载此类武器的导弹有关的目的，除非有适当的中国人。根据《出口管理条例》(EAR)及/或《国际武器贸易条例》(ITAR)事先取得政府授权;
