The FXG/6 model automatic inline cap twisting machine is an universal cap turning machine developed by our company after introducing international technology to meet the market needs and adapt to various specifications. Adopting electromechanical integration technology. the machine is applied for locking the caps of bottles of different materials in such industries as medicine, pesticide chemical industry. food, cosmetics etc.

Main Performance features

- It adopts the new design concept of flexible modular combination, suitable for capping bottles of various specifications.

- It does not need the replacement of parts, and only requires simple adjustment.

- Simple operation and convenient maintenance.

- The cap turning includes three groups for primary cap turning and repeated cap turning. The torque can be adjusted separately to ensure tightening it is also provided with clutch device, so that it will not damage the cap due to too tight cap turning.

- The two sets of bottle clamping mechanisms make it suitable for high bottles or bottles that stand unsteadily.- The speeds of the bottle unscrambler, conveyor, cap turning machine and bottle clamping belt are adjusted separately, making it more practical.

-It can be equipped with automatic capping machine and cap storage and lifting hopper.

- The whole machine is designed according to GMP requirements.
