ZS Vibrating screener

Usage:

ZS Series Vibrating Screen is suitable for assembly-line, is the ideal equipment for disproportionate particles' Continuous discharge.

ZS series is based on foreign technolgy, self-developed high-capacity sifter, overcome the disadvantage that too small amount of powder derived ,where contact with the raw materials are made of stainless steel, suitable for screening of materials in pharmaceutics, chemical, food and other industries.

Principle and Structure

1,Principle vibration system: rubber flexibility shaft connector of the motor and the main shaft; eccentricity vibration blocks on both side of the main shaft; the suspensory screen box and the rubber aseismatic frame connecting with the machine pedestal. The vibrator is connected with the frame by the nonlinear rubber flexibility. It can get the different screener fineness to adjust the different phasic angles of the blocks. At that time, the raw material is forced not only by the horizontal centrifugal force bur also the vertical force, which make the material multiplex movement. The bigger the phasic angle is, the greater the volution is.

2,Structure: Two kinds: one layer open type and two (according to customer's requirements can make three or four) layers close type. One layer screener, which is normal screener, is used to screen the material with no much proportion. Two or three layers screener, which is the turbination screener, is used to screen the big particles continuously. Vibration screener contains: screener box, transmission, vibration chamber, machine pedestal.
