The robust housing is made of PBT plastic, a tough plastic material that withstands heavy-duty usage and most chemicals found in industrial environments. Tough & Safe plugs are available as watertight (IP67 16 – 125A) and splashproof (IP44 63 A). All external screws are made of stainless steel. The devices are equipped with internal and external cable clamps. The 125A devices are equipped with two screws on each terminal for safe and reliable connection.
