this machine is the carton forming machine from the corrugated cardboard sheet , through the printing , slotting / die cutting to make the cardboard which can fold to a carton .

Leading Edge Feeding

1. Leading edge feeding means that making the front side of paperboard as a benchmark , rolling wheel feeding speed is same as feeding roller speed . Won’t be affected by cardboard cutting width error, high positioning accuracy of printing and die cutting .
2. Three axis rolling wheel type leading edge feeding structure, multiwheel , multi-point suction feeding paper, high friction, high speed can make paper feeding smooth and accurate.
3. Suction frequency conversion adjustment the air volume, high-pressure centrifugal fan air volume is big, according to the cardboard warping degree to adjust the air volume, increased the transfer stability and accuracy of thin paperboard and bend board .

Ink System

1. v Pneumatic diaphragm pump, simple operation, convenient maintenance, ink stability.
2. v Automatic recycling cleaning, automatic ink.
3. v Mesh filter impurities, ensure the quality of printing.
4. v Ink fountain is made of stainless steel, not easy corrosion.

Slotting knife transverse adjustment mechanism

1. v The axle surface is grinding and plated hared chrome,diameter is about 156 mm, moving smoothly.
2. v The width of slotting knife is 7 mm.
3. v The tooth slotting knife which is made of alloy steel material after the heat-treatment and grinding process,has the good hardness and toughness.
4. v The trimmed knife which is made of alloy steel material after the heat-treatment and grinding process,has the sharp edge and high precision.
5. v Electric and mechanical combined to adjust the transverse position of pressing roller and slotting knives.

Die cutting unit :

1. v Die-cutting roller and rubber mat roller are 45 # high quality steel after processing, then surface grinding chrome plated .
2. v The dynamic and static balance correction, operation stability is good.
3. v Pneumatic separate from cutting die device, knife mould pneumatically separate from the rubber roller when idle running and phase adjustment, in order to protect the rubber mat, prolong the service life of the rubber gasket.
4. v Rubber roller is equipped with mechanical helical wheel lateral 42mm moving device , prolong the service life of the rubber mat.
5. v Phase adjustment device: planetary gear structure, big torque, small transmission clearance, little mechanical wear of gear, keep long time transmission precision, prolong service life.
6. v Equipped with 7.0 -inch color touching screen, die-cutting phase adopts PLC and computer control, adjustment can achieve 360 degrees, (can adjustment in running and stop) accuracy of 0.02 mm.
