Rails:

• All galvanized rail made of full solid steel section 20*20 mm
• Rails designed and manufactured to carry a maximum load of 1,000 Kg of Weight per linear meter of wagon
• All rail connection joints are inter-locking or equivalent design to provide horizontal and vertical uniform load distribution between rail sections. .
• Rails can be extended in case you want more storage area

Mobile Base Carriage & Wheel Etc

• Each Wagon/Row equipped with its own independent control/break system.
• Each wagon have a label holder for identification.
• Each wheel equipped with two sealed precision bail bearing wheels. It is designed to load 900 Kg per rotation and ensures easy and smooth movement -The axes of the flat and guiding wheel are attached to two crossbeams by bolts on the mobile base.
• Bumpers will be mounted to protect material which may extend beyond the shelf face and provide positive stop for all wagons without damage or displacement of either stored material or the wagons themselves.
