Our steel core polyurethane screen (Self Cleaning Screen Mesh) combines steel wire reinforcement with a durable polyurethane exterior, offering exceptional tensile strength and wear resistance. The welded steel core forms precise square or rectangular meshes with a smooth surface that prevents material buildup and blinding.
Can be tensioned either transversely or longitudinally using hooks. Requires separator beams with approximately 20mm elevation per meter of separator width, protected by PU bars. Recommended tension moment ranges from 20-35 Nm depending on PU wire thickness, resulting in approximately 0.5% screen extension.
