The DBM/DBF Series metric ball screw assemblies feature a four-piece bronze race design optimized for precision motion transfer in mechanical systems. Engineered with oil-impregnated bronze raceways, these units ensure ultra-low friction operation, extended service life, and reduced maintenance across elevated temperature environments. Bearing-grade steel balls undergo through-hardening and precision grinding for optimal fit and wear resistance. Constructed from zinc-plated low-carbon steel bodies with clear chromate coating, the assemblies resist corrosion while maintaining visual appeal in exposed applications. Suitable for -20°C to 120°C operation, available in studded configurations with right/left-hand metric threads. Optional grease fittings enhance lubrication flexibility. Combines industrial durability with precision engineering for CNC, automation, and high-cycle machinery.
