Brinell Optical Measuring System developed based on Windows operating system. It can be used in connect with any kind of Brinell Hardness Tester on the market, accurately gets the Brinell hardness and will replace traditional mechanical reading microscope.

It applies advanced visual technology, shooting the indentation by portable digital microscope and identifying the indentation precisely even under complex background to measure Brinell hardness. Operator needn’t predicate edge of the indentation, record indentation length, and check hardness table. realize auto-measuring, auto-recording, auto-saving and auto-generating hardness measuring chart.

Local photo: Used to open local photos to measure Brinell hardness, resolution 640*480 bmp format;
Save photo: To save Brinell indentation with resolution 640*480 bmp format;
Brinell Scale: To select force and indenter diameter before measure indentation;

Calibration: to calibrate magnification by test block, password is 11111;
