Bailey bridge panel consists of pannels,pins, post end, ,bolt, chord reinforcement ,truss bolt and chord bolt. Comprising upper & lower chord member, montant and raker welded. One end of the upper & lower chord member is female, and the other end is male, both with pin hole. Prefabricated Steel Bailey Bridges are normally built on site from a pre-engineered system of ready-to-assemble components. Materials and Finishes

Domestic steel is used throughout. Most load-bearing components use low-alloy, high-tensile ASTM A242 steel with a yield point of 50,000 psi. Excellent corrosion resistance is achieved with an inorganic zinc silicate coating. Final color is lusterless light gray. Hot dipped galvanized is also available.
