1. Product description : Because of regulations and environmental issues ,the various methods that form the piles in the ground also become more popular. Yet, these methods do not provide the same high quality pile as the precast foundation pile. Comparing the traditional driving of precast piles by hammering, the hydraulic pile driving machine adopt static driving method to press the pile without any noise, no vibration, no pollution , very good for piling construction work nowadays.

The engineering machine for piling foundation can drive the precast concrete pile from 150mm to 650mm for square pile, 300mm to 800mm for round pile. It also can push the tube, triangle pile, H-pile, etc by changing its jaws inside of the clamping box.

The capacity for ZYC500 is 500T, main body is 145Ton, and 355 ton counterweight is required to reach up to the piling capacity .

the standard lifting crane available is 16T.

2) Side mechanism

Side piling mechanism can reach at least 50% of center piling capacity, sharing the same clamping box and jaws with center. It can push the triangle pile, square pile, round pile, H- pile, and other shapes.




3) Assembly and De- mobilization
After shipment, the machine has to be assembled using the instructions and maybe with help of our employees as usual , This takes one or two days, after which a trainning can be given in working with the hydraulic pile pusher.
This is a special design for its legs which is automatical . It can walk onto the trailer freely by its walking mechanism. Also no need to dismantle them during transporation .

In the guarantee time, any quality problem caused by manufacturing after confirmation of us shall be repaired for free; Exceed the guarantee time, we can also supply repair services to our products charged for repair cost only.
