Modbus Plus PCI adapter with Plug and Play support

Modbus Plus PCI adapter for PCs, with Plug and Play capability. Dual Port. These new PCI-85 cards allow PCs with a PCI bus slot to participate in Modbus Plus networks. By supporting the Microsoft 'Plug and Play' standard, installation is quick and simple. Software drivers included, at no extra charge, are for Windows 95, 98, NT 4.0, ME and 2000.

The PCI-85 interface adapter card comes with the Modbus Plus Driver Suite CD-ROM for fast and easy configuration. The adapter card mounts quickly and easily into the PCI backplane of any IBMcompatible PC and attaches to the network by means of a standard nine pin D-connector. The Modbus Plus medium is a single twisted shielded pair cable that supports up to 32 nodes without repeaters or 64 nodes with repeaters.

On-board support of the Plug and Play standard allows easy configuration and operation in Windows 98, Me, NT 4.0 and 2000 environments. Unlike other adapter cards on the market that require special custom written drivers, the Modbus Plus PCI-85 adapter uses the same driver suite as all of Schneider’s MB+ interface cards and integrates easily into existing SA85 and PCMCIA families.
