Application

The high performance butterfly valve is designed with a double eccentric structure. The center of the shaft is offset from the center of the valve body structure, and combined with the design of the circular arc sealing surface of the valve plate, the valve plate is quickly disengaged from the sealing seat when opened to reduce the frictional force of the sealing surface, and the valve plate has better sealing performance when closed. . The center self-positioning sealing valve seat structure design combined with the independent valve seat compensation seal, the valve seat wear is effectively compensated, and the friction force at the time of sealing is reduced, the valve and the operation force are greatly reduced, thereby effectively improving the control precision of the butterfly valve. . This series of butterfly valve seals have a long service life and excellent sealing performance. It is suitable for the adjustment and cutting of dry general corrosive gas liquid medium.

Structure

1. The clip-type hard seal butterfly valve adopts three eccentric sealing structure, the valve seat and the butterfly plate have almost no wear, and the seal function is more and more tight.
2. The sealing ring is made of stainless steel. It has the double advantages of hard metal seal and elastic seal. It has excellent sealing performance under low temperature and high temperature, and has corrosion resistance and long service life.
3. The sealing surface of the butterfly plate is made of surfacing cobalt-based hard alloy, the sealing surface is wear-resistant and has a long service life.
