Installation instructions of SZS oil-gas-steam boiler -- combustion system
1. Oil and gas, the user in accordance with the design of the boiler room installation.
2. After the installation of the gas system, the water pressure test at 1.25 times the working pressure shall be carried out (the minimum test pressure shall not be less than 0.4mpa).

3. Clean water or steam cleaning shall be carried out after installation of gas system pipelines. Approved technical measures shall be taken during the washing process.

4. Oil cycle test of the whole system shall be carried out after installation of the gas system.

5. The gas should be sent to the burner in the shortest distance, and the diameter of the air supply pipe must be a certain value larger than the accessories pipe of the burner.

6. Gas pipe installation should be done after the air tightness test, the test in advance without accessories section in the air or inert gas is greater than 0.1 MPa, the total test includes from the main cutting device on the burnerblock valves of all equipment, pipeline under the condition of the solenoid valve closed with air or 7. Times the working pressure of the inert gas, but the pressure is higher than at least 5000pa, joint with foam material or the material does not cause corrosion coating.
