Procedure:

After you place your order with us, we will start production procedure as following.

1. Design. You can provide us your own design or ask us to design for you.

2. Cylinder Making. One color per cylinder. If you need to confirm color of film printing, we can make a single film printing sample after making cylinder.

3. Material preparation. We can prepare material at the same time as cylinder making.

4. Printing. We will print according to design.

5. Dry lamination. We will make muti-layer material laminated.

6. Maturation process. Also named curing process. we need about 3 days to dry materials in the curing room.

7. Cutting.

8. Bag making. Make the laminated material into bag form.

9. Quality Checking. We have quality department to check the pouches.

10. Packaging. We will pack the pouches in cartons.

You can choose colors from Pantone color and we will print according.
