VMM Fixturing Kit Components
The FlexFix series VMM fixtures are designed as comprehensive

Precision Manufacturing and Quality
All components undergo precision manufacturing processes with
anodized coating for durability. Each part features laser marking
coding, ensuring repeatable component combinations for subsequent

VMM Base Plates
For contour measuring applications common in VMM processes, we've
developed base plates using high-transmittance, high-flatness
acrylic material. This ensures straight light paths from contour
lights, maintaining the machine's original measuring accuracy.
Metal M4 screw threads mounted within the base plate provide firm
component fixation and extended plate lifecycle. The included
L-type magnetic fast mounting corner enables simple placement and
measurement, significantly increasing measuring efficiency.
