Switch Plug Socket Tester Apparatus For Breaking Capacity And Normal Operation Test
Products Introduction:
This testing machine is according to IEC61058.1,IEC60884 and IEC60669.1 standards to design, it is suitable for household and similar fixed electrical installations switch capacity and normal operating life test. Its aim at checking the switch whether is able to withstand the mechanical damage and electrical fatigue damage in normal use, and if there are adhesion phenomena or prolonged closed or disconnected phenomena occur, inspect whether there are excessive wear and other harmful consequences with it. It is the special equipment for switch mechanical life machine and electrical life endurance tester.
The equipment can do button switches, rocker switches, push and
pull switches and plug sockets life test. Equipped with load
(resistive, inductive, capacitive) to do load test, and equipped
with corresponding control system.
The device uses spray steel and sandblasted aluminum frame to
manufacture with elegant appearance. By a pneumatic drive,
seven-inch color touch-screen human nature operation and strong
digital capabilities, PLC control system, test times, the on time
current time, the off time, load selection can be preset, user can
choose manual control. There are 4-stations, 1 and 2 station are
used to perform switch test (rocker switches and push button
switches can switch test), 3 and 4 station are used to perform the
plug and socket testing. When the switch is due to adhesion, out of
order lead to disconnect, there will be a fault alarm and record
the corresponding number of experiments, it will alarm when get to
the required times; when an alarm occurs, the test stops
automatically. This complete machine with elegant appearance,
practical and easy to operate, it is an essential laboratory
instrument for the quality inspection departments, R&D
institution to test the safety performance of related household
products.
