The tester is designed and manufactured according to YY0174-2005 "Scalpel Blade". it is specially for testing sharpness of surgical blade. It displays the force required to cut surgical sutures and the maximum cutting force in real time.

It consists of PLC , touch screen, force measuring unit, transmission unit, printer, etc. it is easy to operate and displays clearly, and it features high precision and good reliability.

Force measuring range: 0~15N; resolution: 0.001N; error: within ±0.01N

Test speed: 600mm±60mm/min
