Brief introduction

The dispensing systme is not only precisely controls the dispensing of ingredients to provide excellent finished paint product repeatability from batch to batch, but also can serve as a complete inventory management system.

The system handles everything from formula storage. Since it dispenses by piston pump, any desired batch size is precisely dispensed as needed. With software modules included for raw material (colorants) and finished product inventory. It is the simple to operate and easy to maintain.

1. Driver software use the same Flink.dat file as CPS/Hero/Lenteq,and Formula.txt file as TECMEC,it’s compatible with worldwide major color software.
2. The main board is design by our factory, easy to maintain and easy to modify.
3. Piston pump ensure you precise measurement,free of calibration life-long.Automatic stirring at set time, prevent the colorant inside canisters from subsidence.
4. Adjustable upward speed and dispensing speed of every colorant.
5. The undispensed nozzle will dispense a little colorant in a specified time to keep the colorant from drying,which can effectively prevent the nozzle from blocking.
6. Ceramic valve structure, with good corrosion resistance and good sealing,stable and reliable. Simple electrical system,easy to maintain.
7. The rolling brush will clean seal ring of nozzle automatically.

2. Can it compatible with worldwide major color software?
-YIJIU software can read Flink.dat file ( which is the formula file created by CPS / Hero / Lenteq ) and dispense according to the data of Flink.dat file.

- If your color software create other formula file rather than the Flink.dat file, you can send to us for checking if we can make our YIJIU software to read it.

-If you have no color software, you can manage the formula data in YIJIU software directly.
