1 . Descriptions:

This fabric is has special two-tone look . Its yarn count is 150D*150D . It is fade resistant outdoor fabric with TPU mikly membrane . And it is woven dobby and has a special twist pattern . We have finished it with PD ,WF and TPU .So that , it is breathable and waterproof for sports wear .

Also ,we can do other finishing if you want to obtain its functions , just like coating,bonding or tricot. After this , it can be made waterproof and windproof . This fabric is always used to product winter wear ,sports wear and etc.

2 . Specifications:

The weft direction of the fabric is elastic and has comfortable properties. After finishing, the fabric is cold-proof, waterproof, breathable, anti-tear and friction-resistant and achieves high color fastness. It aspects quite high performance both in waterproof and breathable, so it is the choice to make high quality garment.

A very thin membrane is affixed to the back of the fabric and placed on the fabric in an interlayer manner.

3 . Features:

The feature of this membrane is that there are 1.4 billion holes per square inch, the size of each hole only one over twenty thousand water droplets, but 700 times larger than the water vapor molecules, so it makes that only water vapor can pass through and not water points. The effect of waterproof can be up to 45000 mm , and the water pressure can be higher of 13500 g/m2/24 HRS. As the result this fabric have excellent waterproof and breathable functions.

4 . Applications:

It is widely used in sports suits, down jackets, jackets, tents, shoes, curtains, bags as well as ski jackets, mountaineering suits and windbreaker with high requirements in waterproof and moisture .
