●BZJ Series Automatic Flute Laminator adopts chain pusher and back registration system together with spring blade side lay and vacuum sucking conveying system make this series of machine fit a larger of paper,high precision while remaining the features of easy operation and maintenance.

●The core designed rubber roller together with knurled steel roller enhances the evenness of gluing,strength of stickiness,as well as lowering the production cost.

●Balance-tested rollers,tight assembling technique,plus timing and tooth belt driving mechanic system makes the machine run at low noise with high precision.

●The machine adopts automatic glue supply and recyclable glue circulating system.

●Self-developed high-strength feeder compliant with high configuration electric system makes the machine run at low malfunction and Performance of the machine:stable.The electric parts used are all world wide available brand or well-known Chinese brand.

●All material are inspected according to ISO-9001 standard and key parts such as the harmonic gear and bearings are imported ones.

●The bottom sheet for this machine can be A,B,C,D,E,F flute corrugated sheet.It can do 3 or 5 ply board to sheet lamination or board to board lamination.The range for top paper can be 200-600 GSM with top paper advance or alignment function.

Main chracteristics:

Tumup bridge plate is convenient for cleaning,discontinuous wate-circulating system ensures washing cleam.
Automatic feeding for bottom sheet,manual feeding fortop sheet (feeding fom side for top sheet is optional).
Flexible font register,bottom sheet is not exceeding the top sheet ,and it's adjustable for the front-and-rear lamination between ottom sheeet and top sheet.
Bottom sheet can be paperboard more than 350gsm,A/B/C/D/E/F corrugated cardboard.
Lnedlligemt control and compacted energysaving and controlling play from the stack of paper.

Wallboard:

We used CAST STEEL not Nodular cast steel.Shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage are not exist in cast stell but has too much in nodular cast steel. Cast stell is expensive than nodular cast steel but tough,dectile and easily machined.Even you cant see the steel's material after painting,but we used good cast steel ,to producted high quality machine is my factory's aim.That's why the machine have been using more than 20 year no problem.
