Products Introduction:

The switch plug socket test system consists of one set of switch plug socket test equipment and 2 sets of load boxes. The test system can process breaking testing under load power and endurance testing under normal use for the switches plugs and sockets which are listed in IEC60884-1.

The switch plug socket test equipment is designed and manufactured according to IEC60884-1, IEC61058-1, IEC60669-1standards and etc. It is applicable for household and similar fixed electrical installations’ breaking capacity and normal operation life test, also suitable for testing household and similar usage plug/ socket’s breaking capacity and normal operation life . The purpose is assessing whether the switch is able to withstand the normal use of mechanical damage and electrical fatigue damage, and whether the contact points has adhesion phenomenon, long-term closed or disconnected phenomena, to examine whether the test samples excessive worn and have other harmful consequences. It is special test equipment for switches and plug-sockets electrical endurance test.

The load boxes are designed and manufactured according to IEC60884,IEC61058,IEC606691 standards and etc. It is applicable for household and similar fixed electrical installations switches and plug sockets breaking capacity and normal operation test, the rated voltage of the switch is not greater than 280V and the rated current less than 16A. The purpose is assessing whether the switch is able to withstand the normal use of mechanical damage and electrical fatigue damage, and whether the contacts has adhesion phenomenon, long-term closed or disconnected phenomena, to examine whether the test samples excessive worn and have other harmful consequences.

The test system can do testing for button switches, toggle switches, rocker switches, push switches, rotary switches, plugs and sockets. Coupled with the load (resistive, inductive, capacitive) can process loading test,it has a corresponding control system.
