1. Simple introduction

The Rotators are built in capacities from 3ton to 200 ton. According to capacity load, the rotator wheels are of PU or FULL metals, which can ensure the support capacity and maintain working long time. The specifications are as follow:
● Each set includes 01 powered unit and 01 idler unit with electrical control system.
● Schneider/Taian/T-verter inverter
● Siemens/Omron/CHNT electrical components
● Remote control with 10m cables

2. Conventional welding rotator specification

Conventional welding rotator has sturdy rollers, a rugged construction and oversized bearings. Abrasive marine industry and offshore environments can be withstood due to the inclusion of grit-blasted steelwork on these devices. They also have a polyurethane finished coating. Smooth operation and reduced backlash are made possible by the cast steel gearbox, which comes with a double worm gear mechanism. The solid state inverter helps to accurately control the device's speed. The maximum loading capacity is 2.5-60 tons/section.
