• Extremely rugged sensor consisting of a hex head machine screw that can be fastened into drilled and tapped holes.

TYPE M6000

• Standard hex head screw material is stainless steel.
• Aluminum, brass, titanium and a variety of plastics or other materials are available, consult factory.
• Industry standard dimensions will apply for the following:
  • Coarse threads: from #4-40 to 1/2-12.
  • Fine threads: from #4-48 to 1/2-20.
  • Extra fine threads: from #12-32 to 1/2-28.
  • Metric threads: from M4x0.7 to M10x1.50.
  • “W” = wrench size for hex head.
  • “H” = thickness of hex head.
• The following dimensions can be specified by the customer. Check with factory for availability.
  • “L” = length of screw under hex head.
  • “T” = length of threaded portion of housing.
  • “B” = overall body length.
• Shoulder of screw may be undercut to minor diameter of the threads for o-ring installations.
• Lead length “X” : 48 inches (typical).
• Lead-wire gauge sizes from #22 to #32 AWG.
