1. Product description
The slope protection netis called SNS slope protection net,there
are Active Protection System and passive Protection System
Active Protection System is mainly made of various types of
flexible steel wire mesh grille, high-strength steel wire rope net
or TECCO to cover or wrap in protective slope or dangerous stone,
to limit the slope rock soil from weathering or flaking or
collapsing (reinforcement effect), or (maintenance effect).

strength wire grid mesh, the anchor, I-steel column, the drop-down
anchor rope, the ring of energy dissipation, and the base of

SNS Active Protection System: using high-strength galvanized steel
wire rope, steel wire mesh, not less than embalmed AB discipline,
the corrosion life can be up to 30 50 years based on different
environmental conditions, mainly to prevent from the slope failure,
potential danger from falling rocks slope . there will form a (4.5m
*4.5m) square pattern with the aside criss-cross the 16 # and 12 #
supporting rope according to the slope type , and pre-tensioning
with 4 * 4M of Active Net using suture rope, so that will form
certain preload pressure to the lope, to enhance the stability of
the rock, prevent rockfall occurring, the system does not affect
the normal excretion of groundwater.
Composition (Technical Specifications):
1. wire rope anchor
the raw material should be 16 # steel wire rope, also can be steel
wire; and anchor bolt aperture and length, tensile strength not
less than 80KN, the remaining anchor tensile strength not less than
50KN. The length should be determined based on the calculation, and
not less than 2 meters. Steel rod anchor bolt aperture should be
larger than the rod diameter 12mm; double-strand steel wire rope
anchor aperture should be more than twice the steel wire diameter
10mm.
2. The steel wire rope mesh:
using KO / 08/300-type wire rope , 4m * 4m per piece, when
necessary, you can add another single steel wire rope net at the
edges, if there are a large volume
of dangerous rocks heap, using double-reinforced steel wire rope
net can be considered, the rope anchor tensile strength not less
than 104KN,
3. The support rope;
the transversal support rope diameter should be 16 # steel wire
rope, longitudinal support rope should be 12 # steel wire rope, the
actual length of each support rope should be 1m longer than the
rope mesh length,to fix the wire rope anchor,.when the support rope
laying length L <= 10M, 10m <l <30m, or L> 30m, at the
both ends of each, there will be two, three, or four corresponding
fixed rope to fix it.
4. Suture wire rope;
suture wire rope diameter should be 8 # , one piece steel wire rope
mesh is stitched by one suture wire rope. both end of the suture
wire rope are fixed with two 8 # rope clip.
5. Steel wire mesh/ grille under the wire rope mesh GPS1 and
GPS2-type active fence net, should put a wire rope grid under the
wire rope mesh, wire diameter 2.2mm galvanized steel wire mesh of
the wire grid 50 * 50mm, Georgia The grid is made of 1.2mm wire
